A community-run jazz festival now in its 20th year. Free street concerts run for two days across eight venues near Izumi-Chuo Station, from big bands to ukulele and bossa nova, with a new act roughly every 30 minutes. Easy to drop in while shopping and stay for whichever band catches your ear.

Right by Izumi-Chuo Station (Semboku Rapid Railway). By car, about 5 km from Sakai-Kishiwada IC on the Kinki Expressway; no dedicated parking, use nearby paid lots.
