A 30-minute concert by soprano Nozomi Itagaki, who grew up on Rokko Island, held at Community Space RIC no Wa on the 3rd floor of Kobe Fashion Plaza. After she sings, there is a short session where the audience gets to sing along. This is a neighbourhood community room rather than a concert hall, so the singer is close enough to hear without amplification and you can drop in while shopping. Entry is 500 yen, free for children, and the room is indoors whatever the weather.

The organiser's schedule page does not mention advance booking for the 5 September date. If you are concerned about seating, contact the venue operator, NPO Kyodo no Wa.
