About 5 min on foot from Keihan Kiyomizu-Gojo Station, or get off at the Gojozaka stop on city buses 58, 86, 106, 202, 206 and 207, or Keihan buses.

• 141 pottery stalls (84 from Kyoto, 57 from elsewhere, across 19 prefectures)
• Plus 9 food stalls, 150 in all — about double last year
• The site now extends to the south pavement of Gojo-dori
• The Wakamiya Hachimangu grounds serve as the food area

Shrine rites alongside

• The shrine's own grand festival — eve rite, main rite and children's mikoshi — runs alongside the pottery fair
• There is again no pottery mikoshi procession in 2026

About the name

• This is the century-old Gojozaka Pottery Festival, revived under a new name in 2023 — not a separate event running alongside it
