Why You Should Visit

A joint exhibition marking 25 years of Fullmetal Alchemist and 5 years of Daemons of the Shadow Realm (Yomi no Tsugai), both by Hiromu Arakawa, arrives on the 9th floor of Hankyu Umeda after stops in Tokyo, Sapporo and Kanazawa. More than 300 pieces of original art and rough sketches from the two series are on show, along with 3D pieces such as the Central City phone box and the Sayu-sama statue from Daemons of the Shadow Realm, which is covered up to volume 10. Every visitor receives one collaboration manga card newly drawn by Arakawa. The run spans the New Year holidays, and every day uses timed-entry tickets.

FAQ

Can I bring children?
Yes. Up to two preschool children enter free with each ticket-holding guardian aged 18 or over. Children of elementary school age and under must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or over, who also needs a ticket.
Can I visit just the goods shop?
No. The shop can't be used on its own, so you need an exhibition ticket. Re-entry to either the exhibition or the shop is not allowed.
Can I take photos?
In the designated photo areas you can take still photos with a smartphone or tablet. Cameras, video, audio recording, flash and selfie sticks are not allowed.
Is it the same as the Tokyo and other venues?
The organisers note that exhibits, ticket types and prices, and goods may differ at each venue on the tour.
