Why You Should Visit
An event where Awaji Island residents themselves point you to the places they want visitors to see right now. Locals rotate through four themed talk sessions — eat, nature, souvenirs, and stay — sharing shops and views that guidebooks miss. On the same floor, a marché brings together six island makers with fragrances, sweet-potato shakes, ceramics, spices and more. Admission is free, and you can drive over from Awaji SA at no charge, making it an easy stop before you set off around the island.
