Rebuilt as part of the Tarumi Revitalization Plan, the new Tarumi Library offers a spacious 2,200㎡ interior, a 120,000-book collection, and 316 seats. Its multi-faceted exterior—designed to appear front-facing from any angle—and outdoor terraces overlooking the sea and trains create a uniquely local atmosphere.
