Why You Should Visit
On the evening of Saturday, August 1, 2026, the sightseeing ship boh boh KOBE sails out of Kobe Port for a cruise built around the fireworks of the 48th Ashiya Summer Carnival. The ship moves to follow the display, so you watch the fireworks from the deck while pairing Italian Franciacorta sparkling wine with a full dinner by a lineup of Kobe chefs. This is Episode II of a three-part Franciacorta series, with Ca' del Bosco flowing freely throughout. Capacity is 80 guests by advance reservation, making it a special, grown-up summer night out on the water.
