Yao-Oihara Farmers' Market #42 Night Market 2026

Why You Should Visit

The 42nd edition of a monthly farmers' market run mainly by growers in Oihara, Yao — and the last night market of the year. From 16:00 to 20:00, stalls sell seasonal fruit and vegetables, bread and sweets, meals and drinks; this time the headline is Shine Muscat grapes from Grape Family Tanigawa, with tastings. Vegetables from Inui, HONKI de FARME and Osaka Potato, sweets from Ethicalya Miracolo and Crêpe Dept, beer from tA Brewing and a rice-porridge food truck also take part. From 19:00 there is the regular hand-held fireworks session, with more fireworks than usual and a few small launched ones planned. The venue is the vacant lot west of a fitness gym, and free two-hour parking tickets are handed out.
