About a 5-minute walk from JR Kobe Station or Harborland Station on the Kaigan subway line. By car, about 5 minutes from the Kyobashi exit of Hanshin Expressway Route 3 Kobe, using umie's paid car park.

REGISTRATION

No advance application. A numbered ticket is required to watch.
- Handed out from 9:00 on the day
- Distribution point: East Atrium Plaza, Center Street 1F
- Tickets for both shows are given out together
- 150 people per show
- Up to 4 tickets per representative, including that person
- Line up as a family at the time printed on the ticket; latecomers cannot enter in ticket-number order

Viewing area

• A family area is set up at the front of the stage
• Seating is not assigned
• Saving a spot with a picnic sheet or bags is not allowed

Photography

• Filming, recording and audio recording during the show are prohibited as a rule
• Still photos are allowed only at the specific moments announced by the MC
• Video recording is prohibited throughout the event
• Photos taken at the permitted moments may be posted to social media
• Two-shot photos with the characters are not possible

Equipment not permitted

• Large telephoto cameras and large video cameras (lens diameter 80mm or more, or 200mm or more in total length including the body when zoomed)
• Tripods and monopods
• Body-mounted camera rigs
• Selfie sticks
• Flash and auxiliary lights

Other notes

• Cosplay in costumes larger than size 130, and changing clothes on site, are not allowed
• Excessive cheering that may make contact with others is not allowed
• The organiser asks adults in particular to take care: shouting or speaking to other people's children has frightened young visitors in the past
