Tabikibun Hokkaido Fair, a six-day showcase of Hokkaido specialities and sweets, takes over the central event space on the 1st floor of umie's South Mall. It's run by S.T. Shoji, a company that stages Hokkaido fairs at shopping centres around Japan, and centres on classic Hokkaido souvenirs such as seafood, dairy and confectionery. The vendor line-up hasn't been published yet, so check the official site nearer the date if you're after something specific.

No. You can walk in during umie's opening hours.

What kind of products are there?

The official notice only says "Hokkaido specialities through to sweets." Check the official site before the fair for specific vendors and products.

Is it OK on a rainy day?

The venue is inside umie, so it's open regardless of weather. Covered walkways from JR Kobe Station keep you mostly dry.
