Music stages, kitchen cars and festival stalls fill the grounds, and around 300,000 people turn out each year.

FAQ

Can I watch for free?
Yes, free viewing is possible — but with around 300,000 attendees, arrive early or book a paid seat (from 4,500 yen) for a good view.
Which side is better, Hirakata or Takatsuki?
The Hirakata side is closer to a station (7 min from Hirakata-koen) and hosts most of the stalls and stages. The Takatsuki side needs a bus ride but is relatively less crowded.
Is it cancelled if it rains?
It runs in rain and cancels only in severe weather — announcements go out on the official site and social media on the day.
