For the Hirakata side, about 7 min on foot from Hirakata-koen Station (Keihan Main Line). For the Takatsuki side, take a bus from Takatsuki-shi Station to Kita-Otsuka, then walk about 15 min. There is no parking — come by public transport.

There are 5 car parks within a 12-minute walk of Yodogawa Riverside Park, Hirakata and Otsuka areas, and 2 public restrooms within 8 minutes. The map shows each with its walking time.

No booking needed to watch. Paid seats are on sale via e+ and Lawson Ticket (second round Aug 8 – Sep 19); overseas visitors can buy chair and pair-chair seats via KKday.

Road closures

• Hirakata side: from around 16:00 to 22:00, the area bounded by the Nishikinya-higashi intersection, the south rotary at Hirakata-shi Station, City Hall and Kawaharacho is closed to vehicles. From around 17:00 to 22:00, the Kyoto-Moriguchi prefectural road (Kasasagi Bridge to the south end of Hirakata Bridge) and the Route 170 bypass section also close
• Takatsuki side: around 17:00–21:00, north of Hirakata Bridge to the west end of Enshu Bridge, plus roads around Otsuka-cho 3-chome. Around 18:00–21:00, the east end of Sagiuchi Bridge to north of Hirakata Bridge, and roads inside the area bounded by Route 170, the Hirakata-Ibaraki road and the Yodogawa levee road
