By car: about 10 min from Hikami IC on the Kita-Kinki Toyooka Expressway. Seven free parking areas are provided around the venue, all within a 10-minute walk. By train: about a 5-min taxi ride from Kaibara Station on the JR Fukuchiyama Line.

- Water and foam are blasted from the stage over the crowd — everyone gets soaked.

【Areas】
- Attraction AREA — free attractions across the lawn; popular ones may close early
- Wakuwaku Pool — shallow pool for ages 3 and under, guardian required
- Tamba Dinosaur AREA (Ki no Yakata) — fossil digging, badge making, panel exhibit, with the Tamba Dinosaur Museum and the Dinosaur Fossil Field Museum
- Splash STAGE — Kogaryu Hinokawa Taiko, T-city crew Dance School, Tamba-Sasayama Rakuukan, Tamba Nunugi Yosakoi Team Isshinkan
- Music area, photo spot, shaded tent area
- Stamp rally — free; complete it and swap it for a prize at the HQ booth
- Air-conditioned rest room, first-aid room, and separate changing rooms on site

【What to bring / notes】
- Bring a swimsuit and a water gun, plus a change of clothes, a towel, and waterproofing for your phone
- There are no trash cans on site (except at the food vendors' own booths) — take your rubbish home
- Seven free parking areas; it gets crowded, so allow extra time
- Outdoors in midsummer — stay hydrated and rest often
