Take a Hankyu bus (route 71 towards Hamakaze Ohashi-minami or route 41 towards Suzukaze-cho) from JR / Hanshin Ashiya Station or Hankyu Ashiya-gawa Station and get off at Ashiya Sogo Koen-mae. By car, use the park car parks including the north lot (150 spaces, open 24h); the first 30 minutes are free, then 100 yen per 30 minutes.
