Why You Should Visit

A hands-on running event on the Suma seafront where you can test the latest shoes and race nutrition. Swap between shoes from eight or more brands including On, BROOKS, NIKE and ASICS while you run, and sample over 20 gels, supplements and snacks. Choose a free-pace run or a 20 km paced run with four pace groups. A pair of Narawashi socks is included in the fee. Ideal for runners who want to try gear on real roads before buying or dial in their fuelling before an autumn race.

Can I join on the day?

Advance registration only. Sign up on e-moshicom by 0:00 on September 30.

Is it OK for beginners?

Yes. The free-pace run has no set distance or pace. The 20 km run offers four pace groups.

Can I run in my own shoes?

Yes. Trying shoes is optional. Come in your running kit and swap into any brands you want to test.
