Why You Should Visit

A seasonal display at Rokko Alpine Botanical Garden focused on wild cyclamen species rather than garden cultivars. Around 500 Cyclamen hederifolium plants carpet part of the grounds, while potted specimens let you compare leaf and flower forms species by species. Seedlings are sold by the west entrance, and on October 17 the grower Naoki Yokoyama gives a talk (booking required). The run overlaps with autumn colours on the mountain. In cooperation with Yokoyama Engei.
