Why You Should Visit

A once-a-year festival for "Ohayo Asahi Desu" ("Ohaasa"), ABC TV's long-running Kansai morning show, where the programme's presenters and regulars all come together. Over two days it fills Omatsuri Hiroba and the Upper and Lower Plazas of Expo '70 Commemorative Park with live shows, food and other attractions. The organiser says you don't need to know the show to enjoy it, so it also works as a stop on an autumn day at the park, home to the Tower of the Sun, while the leaves are turning.
