Halloween in the middle of farmland, at Michi-no-Eki Kobe Fruit & Flower Park Ozo. A market, a costume contest and workshops are planned, and the mascot Kitaru appears. The grounds sit among the fields and hills of Kita-ku, which gives the day a different feel from Halloween in town. Times and how to take part have not been announced.
