Why You Should Visit

An evening play park at Seishin Chuo Park, right by Seishin-Chuo Station, open to anyone regardless of school district. The focus is on free play outdoors: a campfire (bring something to roast), tag and dodgeball, water play, bubbles, traditional games and musical instruments. There are also baked goods and yakisoba for sale, a swap corner for unwanted items, and stalls planned by primary-school children. From 19:00 it is time for hand-held fireworks — bring your own. No booking; some booths are free, some charged. Visitors from outside Kobe and adults without children are welcome. Postponed to Sunday 20 September in rain.
