10-minute walk south from Oagi Station on the Hanshin Line. By car, turn seaward at the Oagi intersection on Route 43; 850 free parking spaces.

REGISTRATION

No registration is needed to enter or buy from the food trucks. The Captain Pikachu greeting is by lottery; entry details are announced on the official website and Instagram (@ksf_kcc).

Stage

• Performances by local police and fire brigade bands
• Local dance teams and school groups
• A taiko drum workshop for children is also planned

Asobeeru Aquarium

• A hands-on travelling aquarium: observing and touching sea and river creatures, doctor fish, dice challenges and more
• Craft workshops with animal motifs need no admission ticket — just the activity fee
