Why You Should Visit
Kobe City and Konan University bring more than 200 wooden toys from the Tokyo Toy Museum to the Okamoto Campus. Children can play freely indoors with wooden blocks, animal-shaped stacking toys and a pool filled with wooden eggs. It is aimed at preschool and elementary-school children with a parent or guardian, and admission is free. Nursing and diaper-changing spaces plus a stroller area make it easy to visit with little ones. Advance registration online is required.
