Why You Should Visit

An evening festival hosted by the Rokko Island CITY residents' association, closing out summer on the island. Food stalls from local restaurants and B-kyu gourmet vendors line the central River Mall, while the stage features music and performances by neighborhood schools and groups. The 1st floor of Kobe Fashion Mart hosts old-fashioned festival games such as string-pull lottery and target shooting. Once the sun sets, the waterside promenade cools down, making it an easy-going festival to walk with kids.
