For two evenings, the covered Sannomiya Center Gai arcade turns into a craft beer street. Four breweries from Hyogo Prefecture pour alongside food trucks, and entry is free. Unlike a fenced-off festival, you can simply stop by for a glass while shopping or heading to dinner. The brewers serve their own beer, so beginners can describe what they like and get a recommendation on the spot.
