Price & booking: One-day ticket 3,850 yen (4,950 yen with MEET UP). Two-day tickets: Standard 6,050 yen, Premium 11,000 yen, Pro 22,000 yen. Free for junior high school age and under when accompanied by a guardian. Prices are listed before tax on the official site. Tickets are on sale at Ticket Pia. University, graduate, vocational and high school students can apply for free sponsored tickets via the student free ticket form; applications close once the limit is reached. On the day, show your name and student ID at reception to receive an entry wristband. The networking salon is not included with student tickets.
Venue & access: KIITO (Design and Creative Center Kobe) About a 10-minute walk south from Sannomiya-Hanadokeimae Station on the Kobe Municipal Subway Kaigan Line. By car, use the on-site paid lot Times KIITO Kobe (21 spaces); nearby coin parking is available when it is full.

There are 7 car parks within a 12-minute walk of KIITO (Design and Creative Center Kobe), and 8 public restrooms within 8 minutes. The map shows each with its walking time.

Why You Should Visit

A two-day event in Kobe where technology, science, art, and entertainment share one venue. KIITO hosts company and research booths, a seminar stage, art installations, and meetups that connect visitors to one another. Announced speakers include Professor Yoshiyuki Sankai of the University of Tsukuba, creator of the HAL robot suit, and Shuzo Shiota of Polygon Pictures. It suits anyone who wants to hear directly from researchers and creators, or to build cross-disciplinary contacts in Kobe.

Do I need to buy a ticket in advance?

It is a paid event and tickets are sold through Ticket Pia. The official site does not mention door sales, so buying in advance is the safer option.

Can students get in for free?

Free student tickets supported by corporate sponsors are planned. The number available and how to apply will be announced on the official site. Junior high school age and under enter free with a guardian.

Are the daily start times and timetable available?

Some conference times are out (e.g. Yoshiyuki Sankai's session on Nov 1, 13:00–13:45). Daily opening times and the remaining sessions will be posted on the official site.

Can I attend only the pre-seminars?

The pre and post seminars use separate tickets and can be attended one session at a time. They are held at Kobe Institute of Computing, Kitano Hall, with an online viewing option.
