The October half of the Kishiwada Danjiri Festival. Where the September festival runs on the seaward side around Nankai Kishiwada Station and Haruki, October belongs to the inland districts such as Higashi-Kishiwada, Yagi and Yamadai, with JR Hanwa Line stations Higashi-Kishiwada and Kumeda as the nearest stops. The yarimawashi right-angle turns are just as fierce, and with fewer tourists than September the neighborhood-festival atmosphere is stronger. Trial run Oct 4, eve Oct 10, main day Oct 11.
