NOTE: Pre-event — Saisai Stamp Rally: from Jul 1 to Jul 31, collect stamps at participating shops around Kasai. Every three different stamps earns one spin of the prize lottery on the main festival day (Aug 2). Participating shops and full rules are on the official stamp rally page. Program and times are subject to change without notice; check the official site for the latest information in case of bad weather.
