Price & booking: Free to join (you pay for your own food and purchases at each shop) Register in advance on the Kasai Food-ki Stamp Rally website by sending a blank email and completing the form from the link you receive. If you registered last time, just log in.

Why You Should Visit

An annual digital stamp rally covering the 98 restaurants, cafés and bakeries listed in Food-ki, the Kasai Tourism Association's local food guide. Scan the shop's QR code with your smartphone when you pay to earn a stamp; every three different shops gives you one entry into a monthly draw, with 131 meal vouchers worth ¥2,000–¥10,000 handed out each month. Six shops joined this year, and for the first time stamps count double during the week of December 7–13. With everything from udon and soba to yakiniku, cafés, bread and snack bars, it is a handy excuse to work your way through Kasai's local eateries.

How to collect stamps:

Eat or shop at a participating store and, when you pay, scan the shop's QR code with the SCAN button on the official site
One stamp per shop per day
Stamps from three different shops make one entry ticket; enter with the Apply button on the official site
Dec 7 (Mon) – Dec 13 (Sun) is Double Stamp Week
Scanning works in the browser (recommended: Safari or Chrome on iPhone/iPad, Chrome on Android)

¥5,000: 10 winners
¥2,000: 120 winners

Completion prize:

For anyone who collects stamps from 25 different shops during the rally (one entry per person)
Choose either an Aladdin Graphite Toaster (4-slice) or ¥10,000 in Neppi Pay; 3 winners each

Is there a fee to take part?

Taking part is free. You pay for whatever you eat or buy at each shop.

How do I collect stamps? Do I need an app?

No app is needed. Register on the official site beforehand, then scan the shop's QR code in your smartphone browser when you pay.

How many shops do I need to visit to enter?

Stamps from three different shops give you one entry into the monthly meal-voucher draw. Visit 25 shops and you can also enter for the completion prize.

Can I get multiple stamps from the same shop?

You can get one stamp per shop per day, and entries require stamps from different shops.
