About a 15-minute walk from JR Kakogawa Station to the plaza in front of city hall (special rapid trains stop here; about 30 minutes from Sannomiya). Parking near the venue is limited, so use public transport.

[Advance entry] 1 Sept – 13 Oct via the web (Sports Entry / J-walking), phone (entry office 0570-039-846, weekdays 10:00–17:00), bank transfer (post office / Tanyo Shinkin Bank) or in person (Sports & Culture Division, 3F New Wing, Kakogawa City Hall, weekdays 9:00–17:00). To be listed in the event booklet, apply by 30 Sept.
[Same-day entry] 8:00–11:00 both days at the central venue (registration inside the adjacent SHOWA Group Civic Hall).
Children of primary-school age and under must also register (for insurance) and be accompanied by a guardian. Souvenirs (course map, gift, bib) are collected at registration on the day; no gift for primary-school age and under.
