Why You Should Visit
A two-day hands-on event for children, hosted by Hyogo Prefecture at Kobe International Exhibition Hall on Port Island. Children present their dreams on stage in a speech contest (13th), show the businesses they built themselves (12th), play shooting games and ring toss at a festival-stall corner, and take turns running that stand as "kid managers". Both days close with a bingo tournament. Admission is free; some contents need advance booking.
