From bus stop 15 at the north exit of JR Himeji Station, take a bus bound for Mino Kofungun (about 30 min) and get off at Mino-no-Sato Koryukan-mae. By car, about 3 min from Himeji-Higashi ramp on the Himeji Bypass (parking at the Shigo Gakuin lower-division school grounds).

• Two parts (from 10:00 and from 12:30) with stage shows, hands-on activities, festival stalls and prize draws all day
• Kofun-themed activities such as magatama bead-making and fire-making, plus a mini petting zoo on Tumulus No. 9

• The burial mounds are lit up from 16:30
• Unveiling of a wood carving by Mei Koiwa, made in collaboration with the Mino burial mounds
