A hands-on family event at Acrie Himeji, near Himeji Station, aimed at parents with young children. Now in its sixth year, it offers 10-plus workshops such as ornament-making, cookie decorating and pizza-making, a stage with dance, ballet and puppet shows, crawling and toddler races, an errand race, rides on a fire engine and ambulance, and a carnival corner with bouncy castles. There's a stamp-rally draw and a raffle for theme-park tickets and hotel stays, and entry is free. Indoors, so weather is no concern.
