Why You Should Visit

A one-day direct-sale event devoted to local grapes at Michi-no-Eki Kobe Fruit & Flower Park Ozo in Kita-ku, Kobe. Six growers from Ogo and Ozo in Kita-ku and Yokawa in Miki stand behind their own stalls and sell face to face, so you can ask about varieties and growing methods while picking a bunch, or try several kinds in small portions from a tasting set. Grape products such as bagels, baked tarts, jellies and gelato are on sale too, and there are free tastings of Kobe Cabernet Sauvignon juice pressed from local wine grapes.
