Dates & time: September 19, 2026 (Sat) - September 20, 2026 (Sun) 17:00–21:00 (doors 17:00, screening from 18:30)
Price & booking: Advance ticket 4,500 yen (tax incl.), in two versions — Popcorn Set or Churros Set (entry & film, one drink, popcorn or churros, and five 100-yen food-truck coupons). Seat upgrades: Premium reclining seat +5,000 yen, front-row seat +3,000 yen, VIP seat for up to 8 people 77,000 yen (all tax incl.). A limited number of same-day tickets are sold at the entrance. Advance tickets are sold through the official online store (zyoyusai.shop), Ticket Pia and e+ (e+ from 8 September). A small number of same-day tickets are sold at the entrance, but not if the advance sale fills the venue.
Venue & access: Rohto Heart Square Umekita, Grand Green Osaka Directly connected to the Umekita Underground Exit of JR Osaka Station, and walkable from the Subway, Hankyu and Hanshin Umeda stations. There is no event parking; organisers ask visitors to come by public transport.

There are 12 car parks within a 12-minute walk of Rohto Heart Square Umekita, Grand Green Osaka, and 4 public restrooms within 8 minutes. The map shows each with its walking time.

Why You Should Visit

A two-night open-air cinema under the great canopy of Rohto Heart Square Umekita, directly connected to the Umekita Underground Exit of Osaka Station. Once the sun goes down you sit on the lawn in front of a big screen, with food trucks and drinks alongside. Tickets bundle entry, the film, a drink and popcorn (or churros), and you can add a reclining premium seat or a front-row seat. An outdoor movie theatre that appears in the middle of Umeda for two nights only.

Yes — the official site lists two films: 366 Days and 18×2: Beyond Youthful Days. It does not yet say which film screens on which night.

Are seats assigned? Can I bring a picnic sheet?

All seating is unreserved. Premium ticket holders take a reclining chair on a first-come basis; other tickets sit freely on the lawn, and you may bring a picnic sheet or your own chair.

What happens if it rains?

The event runs in the rain. It may be paused or cancelled if severe weather or a weather warning makes it unsafe; in that case 50% of the ticket price is refunded.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
