Price & booking: Free entry (food and goods are paid for at each stall). The merry-go-round costs ¥350 per person, any age. No booking is needed for entry. The merry-go-round uses timed reservations; tickets are on sale from 10:00 on 4 Nov to 15:00 on 25 Dec. Neither advance nor same-day tickets are sold in the store. Why You Should Visit

Hankyu Umeda's annual Christmas market fills Festival Square on the 9th floor. The 2026 theme is "Tie the Magic". An 8-metre mirror ball tree puts on a light show every hour, and this year adds scent effects for the first time, including a forest aroma. There is a merry-go-round (timed tickets, ¥350 per person), plus Christmas food, ornaments and gifts. Entry is free, so it is easy to drop in while shopping in Umeda.
