Main event: "Collect the vaccines and bring back the smiles!" — local hero Tarumin-ger appears, and kids gather vaccines against a "grumpy-face disease" to help the shopkeepers; clear the mission to win a prize (free, first-come). Booths (partial): Kobe Commercial High School, Tarumi Library, Suisei welfare corporation, Heartland Marine Kids, Shiokaze Marché (handmade goods, food and festival games, 11:00–17:00), Hotokahen-net, and more.
