About a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu Shin-Tanabe or JR Kyotanabe stations. Free shuttle buses run 8:00–17:00 on the day: Kintetsu Shin-Tanabe ⇔ FamilyMart Kyotanabe Koen car park (every 30 min), JR Matsui-Yamate ⇔ Kyotanabe Cross Park car park (hourly), and JR/Kintetsu Miyamaki ⇔ Fugenji Fureai no Eki ⇔ Kyotanabe Cross Park. Car parking is limited to temporary lots such as Tanabe Junior High and gets congested, so public transport is recommended.

• JR/Kintetsu Miyamaki ⇔ Fugenji Fureai no Eki ⇔ Kyotanabe Cross Park car park (to Miyamaki from 8:20)
• Times may shift slightly. The Cross Park car park is closed to general vehicles on the day, and Al Plaza Kyotanabe's car park is not opened

Free local-bus pass

• A '2-day unlimited local-bus pass' (31 Oct & 1 Nov, valid only when alighting within Kyotanabe, original only) comes with the pamphlet delivered to every household in Kyotanabe in early October; it is not available to visitors from outside the city
