Why You Should Visit

An open-air festival at Sakura-ku, Kamikawa Town's library community park, built around songs from the Takarauta Project, which turns local people's stories into music. Organized by Kobe Gakuin University students together with Kamikawa Town, it features a local cheer dance club and chorus, Masayan, who runs the sound at Kamikawa's festivals, and the pop act xilinx. Around the park you'll find a second-hand book and coffee truck, succulent and accessory stalls, karaage and yakisoba, and the town's mascot Karmin.
