Why You Should Visit

A three-day fair from Omachi, Nagano Prefecture, at LaLaport Koshien's Park Walk Court. Shop for autumn fruit such as Shinshu apples and grapes, buy and taste local sake from Omachi (while stocks last), or try a woodworking workshop making cypress chopsticks and charms. Shoppers and workshop participants can spin the lottery for prizes including lodging vouchers for Omachi Onsen and tickets for the Kanden Tunnel electric bus. The city mascot Omapyon and Kurobe Dam's Kuronyon appear at set times each day, and the Kamikochi Azusa Coffee shop inside the mall runs a tie-in campaign.
