A short walk from Sakaihigashi Station (Nankai Koya Line) or Sakai Station (Nankai Main Line); Oshoji-suji runs between the two. Road closures are in place around the venues, and the organizer asks visitors to come by public transport.

Tea ceremony tickets

• Nanshuji (17 Oct): advance ¥2,200 for two seats, same-day ¥1,200 per seat (with sweets). On sale from 1 Sep while stocks last; see the convention bureau notice
• Sakai Risho no Mori (17–18 Oct): standing-style ¥800, tea-room ¥900. Book from 1 Sep via the reservation form or 072-260-4386

• Cycling tour (free, first 200, about 60 min): departures every 15 min from 11:00 to 15:00, application form

• EVA Air Kansai–Taiwan return tickets for one pair, two Sakai Cycle cross bikes, 20 pairs of Noah Dolphin Dome tickets and more. First 200 get a Sakai balloon sticker, first 120 a towel
