Why You Should Visit

A two-day event run by Sakai City that turns the waterside of Sakai's old port into a playground. Around 20 food and drink stalls line the promenade, with live music and DJ sets by the water. The highlight is a free pleasure-boat ride — large and small boats take you out to see the port from the sea. There are plenty of hands-on workshops for kids, such as pottery, candle making and a giant smart-ball game, plus an Expo 2025 legacy display including art furniture from the Jordan Pavilion. Entry is free, making it an easy half-day by the harbor for families.
