Right outside the south exit of Rokko Station on the Hankyu Kobe Line. By car it is about 10 minutes from the Maya exit of Hanshin Expressway Route 3, but there is no parking at the venue and organizers ask visitors to use public transport to ease local congestion.

There are 1 car parks within a 12-minute walk of Approach to Rokko Hachiman Shrine. The map shows each with its walking time.
