Why You Should Visit

Pan Tengoku, a bread festival held around Kansai, comes to Expo '70 Commemorative Park for the first time. On three days during the Autumn Rose Festa, bakeries line up just inside the Japanese Garden Front Gate, selling bread on the spot. The fair itself is free, but you need the combined Natural Cultural Gardens and Japanese Garden ticket (¥450 for high school age and up), so after shopping you can walk on to the autumn roses in the Peace Rose Garden or the gardens during the autumn leaves festival.
