Venue & access: Moto-Ibaraki River Greenway, former IBALAB@ Plaza, Onikuru and Central Park (South) Ground, Ibaraki, Osaka The sites are along the Moto-Ibaraki River Greenway around Onikuru. There is no dedicated parking, so use public transport.

Why You Should Visit

A flea market spread across four sites in central Ibaraki — from the Moto-Ibaraki River Greenway to the Onikuru civic center and the Central Park (South) ground — with 176 stalls of antiques, handmade goods, food, workshops and food trucks. It runs twice a year, in spring and autumn; the April 2026 spring edition drew 184 stalls and around 14,500 visitors. Stroll along the greenway hunting for vintage finds and handmade pieces. A good day out for flea-market fans and families alike.

There is no dedicated parking. Use nearby paid car parks or public transport. Bicycle parking is available at Onikuru, in front of City Hall and at the South Ground.

Is it suitable for families with small children?

Yes. Toilets, a nursing room and diaper-changing space are inside Onikuru, and there is an eating area on site.

Are there trash bins?

No. There are no bins on site, so please take your rubbish home.
