Osaka Craft Beer, Good Food & Jazz Evenings 2026

Why You Should Visit

An evening event on the plaza right outside JR Suita Station where Osaka craft beer, street food and live jazz all land in one place. It runs on a Friday and Saturday in August and again in September, 15:00–21:00. Around eight Osaka breweries pour — BEER BASE Takatsuki, Semba Beer Factory, GAMO4 BREWERY and more — with stalls alongside serving karaage, yakisoba, Indian curry and game-meat skewers. Jazz sets start at 16:00 and change every hour, so the music builds as the light fades. It's a step from the station ticket gates, easy for a single glass on the way home.

The venue is the plaza immediately outside Suita Station on the JR Kyoto Line. About 10 min on foot from Suita Station on the Hankyu Senri Line. It's a drinking event, so come by train.

There are 7 car parks within a 12-minute walk of Sancus Yume Plaza, in front of JR Suita Station, and 3 public restrooms within 8 minutes. The map shows each with its walking time.

FAQ

Does it go ahead in the rain?

It runs in light rain but is cancelled in severe weather. If a typhoon or strong winds are forecast, check the organizer Janai Suita's announcements on the day.

Can I bring children?

It's an outdoor event on the station plaza with stalls selling shaved ice, curry and yakisoba, and the stage is free to watch. Evenings get crowded with drinkers, so earlier hours are calmer.

Is the August programme the same as September?

Most breweries appear in both months, but CRAFT BEER BASE (beer) and Warazanmai (food) are planned for September only. The jazz line-up is different on all four days.
