About 5 min on foot from Misaki Koen Station (Subway Kaigan Line), 20 min from JR Hyogo. By car: the adjacent Misaki Park garage (700 spaces, 2.1 m height limit); flat 1,500 yen on event days, and an advance parking ticket may be required
