Why You Should Visit
A one-day seaside festival held for the first time at Nishikinohama beach in Kaizuka, southern Osaka. The stage features a live set by ET-KING, Osaka Pro Wrestling matches and a giant tuna-carving show, with the freshly cut tuna served as sushi. Along the beach you'll find food trucks serving world cuisines from the Expo alongside local Kaizuka dishes, a hands-on fishing pond and a kids' area with bouncy play equipment. The beach holds Blue Flag certification, and there are beach clean-ups and booths about protecting the ocean. A good half-day outing for families.
