Why You Should Visit

A free, walk-around mystery game from the cities of Kobe and Nishinomiya, set across 14 breweries and museums in Nada Gogo, Japan's largest sake-producing district. Guided by the character 'Tanuki Detective Jelly', you follow one of four courses (Kobe West, Kobe East, Nishinomiya West, Nishinomiya East), each with puzzles themed on water, rice and craft. Read the panels on site, answer via LINE, and a column about that brewery unlocks the course's final 'sake riddle'. Finishing a course earns a bookmark; the four line up into one picture. No sign-up needed — pair it with a brewery stroll and tastings and you can cover one or two courses in half a day.

FAQ

Can I enjoy it without drinking?
Yes. The puzzles are free and drinking isn't required — treat it as a museum tour and brewery-street walk; families can join too.
How long does one course take?
No official time is given. Each course has 3–4 spots within walking distance, so with visits and tastings, plan on one or two courses per half day.
Do I need a smartphone?
Yes — answers, hints and the columns all go through LINE, so a smartphone with internet access is required.
Can I collect all four bookmarks?
Yes, complete all four courses to get all four (one of each per LINE account). Stock is limited and ends when gone.
