Price & booking: Free admission. Limited sweets and festival games require a "Otanoshimi" ticket (¥200 incl. tax each). Bring a receipt of ¥1,000+ (incl. tax) from July 13–26 to get one free (up to 4; up to 2 can be bought on the day). Bingo is free for everyone, no ticket needed No reservation needed. Bingo cards are handed out from 11:00 and the game starts at 11:30 on both days

Maruyanagi Ogurayama, a Kobe maker known for steamed beans and tsukudani, hosts a two-day summer festival at Mamemugi Marche on the ground floor of its Higashinada headquarters. Expect sweets made only for these two days — baby castella with barley flour, chilled barley zenzai, soft-serve topped with beans — plus old-school festival games like string-pull lottery and toy scooping.
