Why You Should Visit

A three-day sweets festival hosted by baumkuchen maker Club Harie at La Collina Omihachiman. Five headline pastry chefs gather: Susumu Koyama of Patissier eS Koyama, Toshihiko Yoroizuka, Hironobu Tsujiguchi, Takeshi Shibata of Chez Shibata and Club Harie grand chef Takao Yamamoto. Chocolatiers, a gelato maker, an illustrator and other guests join them, and food menus are on offer too. A good fit for anyone who wants to meet several renowned pâtissiers in one trip, or pair a sweets crawl with a walk around La Collina.
