Venue & access: Fountain Plaza, Hanazono Central Park (Higashiosaka) About 10–15 min walk from Higashi-Hanazono Station (Kintetsu Nara Line). There is no parking at the venue; visitors are asked to come by public transport.

Why You Should Visit

A free-entry food festival with 45 Higashiosaka restaurants and over 200 dishes at the fountain plaza of Hanazono Central Park. On Oct 11 it doubles as the 3rd Higashiosaka Ramen Grand Prix. Started in 2024 by a committee of local shop owners and now held about three times a year, the stage changes by day: comedy and idol groups on the 11th, then a hip hop & reggae show on the 12th with KEN-U and MCU of KICK THE CAN CREW. Game stalls, workshops, inflatables and piglets to pet make it a full family day out. A smaller pre-festival with 14 stalls runs on Saturday Oct 10 alongside the Masters Hanazono anniversary event.

Is there an entry fee?

Entry is free. Food and drinks are purchased at each stall.

Can I come by car?

There is no parking at the venue; the organizer asks visitors to come on foot, by bicycle, train or bus. It is within walking distance of Higashi-Hanazono Station (Kintetsu).

Is it held in the rain?

It goes ahead in light rain and is cancelled in severe weather. Same-day decisions are posted on the organizer's Instagram.

Is it suitable for families with children?

Past editions have had inflatables, goldfish scooping, workshops and other kids' booths. Being inside the park, there are lawns and playgrounds too.

What is on stage each day?

Oct 11 has comedy, music and idol lives; Oct 12 has the hip hop & reggae show with KEN-U and MCU. The Ramen Grand Prix is on the 11th only, piglet petting and the supercar display on the 12th only.
