Why You Should Visit

A neighbourhood summer festival in Hagiharadai, Kawanishi, run by the local residents' association. It takes place in Hagiharadai No. 4 Park, in the middle of a hillside housing estate, from 17:00 to 21:00. A prize draw runs through the evening with 39 prizes in all, from first place down to fourth plus a Town Shop award. The local children's association and the neighbourhood shop co-host it. The festival is cancelled if it rains.
